The first step in your search for investment opportunities, to Buy or Sell a Business is to register and become a member of our network. When registering you can select your own investment criteria so that you only receive proposals that would be of interest to you. Once you have filled in the registration form, you will be sent an email to confirm you email address. Your membership will then need to be approved by our staff before you can log in. You will be notified via email once your account has been activated.
 

Once your registration has been confirmed and approved, you can login and go straight to search for businesses on sale or sell your business.We will also send you proposals that match your investment criteria if you had selected this option during registration. If any of them interest you, all you have to do is follow the link in the email, log in and view a summary of the business or investment proposal. Click on the "Contact Entrepreneur" button under the "Contact Tab". The entrepreneur will then be sent an email letting them know that you wish to discuss their business proposal or want more details. The entrepreneur should then contact you via your preferred method of contact.
 

You can log in and review investment opportunities in the system as often as you like and even look at ones that are outside your investment criteria. You can then choose to contact the entrepreneur straight away or save the proposal and review it again later.
 

Once you find a proposal that is of interest to you, you send a contact request to the entrepreneur by clicking on the "Contact Entrepreneur", once contact is made with the entrepreneur, there is no need for our involvement. It is entirely up to you and the entrepreneur to meet, complete due diligence and hopefully negotiate a successful deal.
